Reports to Chief and Council, duties include management of accounting and reporting functions, capital, housing and economic development, human resource management, policy development and oversight of band owned businesses.
Requirements include an accounting designation, knowledge of First Nation fund accounting procedures, funding agency requirements and reporting criteria, ability to communicate with federal, provincial and public sector funding agencies, completion of year-end audit and working papers, project and human resource management skills, knowledge of FN economic climate, travel to community one week per month. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
